High concentrates of tea tree oil provide beneficial properties including antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral action. A known antifungal agent, tea tree oil is an effective treatment for dandruff due to its ability to treat Malassezia furfur, the most common cause of the condition. 

Enfanti Tea Tree Shampoo also includes green tea extract, which offers potent antioxidants and anti-aging properties.
